I have just started the windswept cable scarf pattern, and Im a little confused. I know it may be a very obvious, but Im not really sure what the bold set of instructions mean. Am I to turn my project, then execute these instructions? And if so, what exactly are they telling me to do? Like I said, Im sure its so simple, but I have never come across a pattern written this way. Id greatly appreciate the help! Thank You!
