I can't find any instructions for the buttons and neck trim for the Dixie Belle Pattern. I have pdf version 1U.

My instructions for Dixie Belle dress lack instruction to finish neck trim and buttons. The dress is gorgeous but, now I am at a stand still and unable to finish. Help!
