Hello Lisa,
I am still working on the market day dress, I will be down to the 'twirl' section in the next day or so, can you please clarify, once I start the twirl pattern and do the two rows of twirl specified in the pattern, do I continue with the twirl pattern stitch to the end of the dress or do I go back to the repetition of rows 2 and 3 of the body pattern to the end of the dress.

You will keep the same color sequence you have been doing but work rnds 2-3 of the body until you reach the length specified for the size you are making.
