Icy Cascades HELP!!!

I'm confused on this row. I can't tell if the sc, chain 5 need to be between the each of the group of 3 petals or the sc, ch 5 is to be placed between petals 1 and 2 or petals 2 and 3. is there any close up pix of the sleeve where row 3 is visible?

When i try and count the stitches as the important note states, I get 22 chain 5 and 22 sc on round 3 on the decreasing sleeves.

I just checked, and there looks to be an error in that rnd! The parts you skip is where the error is at. Instead of skipping 2 sc, ch-3 sp and 2 sc, you should only skip 1 sc, ch-3 sp, and 1 sc. Thus, this line should read:
