so confused about the trp loop are we sc once and then bring a loop up in the same one and in the next one and then sc tog?
and when it says to sc in next sc which one as last rnd is all sc

In rnd 4 you will be working the stitches of rnd 3 as well as picking up the loose trp-loops from rnd 1. This rnd will anchor them down by working through the loop and the next st of rnd 3 at the same time. I hope that makes sense.
