I am new and purchased the Juliet pattern on the 14, it show it is being processed but paypal shows payment was cleared on the 14th. I have sent emails but I don't get an answer. Can someone tell how to get the pattern or what I am doing wrong

Did you set up an account with your email and a password? If you did, then go into your account. You will see the order and by going into view you should be able to download the pattern. I think Lisa gives you ten times to download the pattern.

There is no download anywhere it says processing and has been processing for 2 weeks,
somewhere something has gone wrong

I assume you have an account with crochet garden. I go into mine and still can get the download from 2011. See if you have a view button (last column)pass the processing and click on that. This should bring you to the pattern that is underline, then click on that.

If this fails we will have to see what Lisa can do.

When I go to view it shows processing, I have tried to get paypal to refund my money so I can try to rebuy it again but I Have to wait up to 30
Days for a refund

Sorry I could not help...
