First, make sure when it downloads, you click File, then Save As, and you save it where you want it to go. Also be sure it is saving as a PDF.
Also, can you tell me what file this is? It could be something was just inadvertently corrupted when you purchased it- with the reading of data. I would like to resend it to you. Can you send me an email to editor at crochetgarden dot com? You can also click on he email link/icon by my name here. Or, if you can tell me your order number, I can easily look it up and email a new copy to you.
Also, do not worry about downloads, we can always reset those, especially in cases like this where there is some sort of issue
So do not think that once downloads are used up that all is lost. And one way or another will get you your pattern.
