I have tried everything

Postby olgezzerette » Fri Feb 22, 2008 6:10 pm

I cannot post a pic. I have no idea on this. It is very frustrating. This could send a person into a coronary!! I am so upset over this. I have tried every which way and everything!!!! It sounds like if you cannot post a pic, you cannot test anything!!!! So I guess I am finished!!!!! This has been very upsetting for me!!!!

I don't know either... I know we have tried everything I know what to do. Maybe someone else has some suggestions. But don't stop testing... we will get it figured out somehow.
If you have something to post in the meantime I will happy to do it for you like before. You have my work email and here is my home email for the weekends...ride5277@bellsouth.net.
Hang in there, I know it is frustrating.

Have you tried photobucket? That's what I use and I haven't had any problems at all with it. If you haven't, I'll be happy to tell you how to do it.

if you use photobucket you have to be sure to set your account to private so that those looking through the site can not see your photos of testing items.

Please don't give up on testing! We are all very happy to help figure this out.

Do you resize your pictures? I use paint to resize mine at 25%.

Don't stop testing :) We will figure this out. I would try working on resizing. IN the meantime I will double check all permissions and make sure nothing was changed. Tell me this, do you or do you need see the please to attach the photo? And if you do see it, what happens when you try to upload? Let me know if you do not see it at all, that is, where you can attach the photo.

I have tried everything

Postby olgezzerette » Fri Mar 21, 2008 3:43 pm

On my doll groups and the crochet-a-long group I belong to, I just bring up the album that the picture is to go into, hit 'browse', right click on photo 'in my pictures', then right click twice and the photo name goes down in the bar by browse and in the next bar below that, I type in what the name of the project is and hit add photo. AND it works. I have really tried with this as I want to know how to do this. The dress I am making my granddaughter for her 2nd birthday using the Fairytale Moments Keepsake pattern is so gorgeous. So any help will be appreciated !!! Thankx!!!

When you go to post a reply, at the bottom should be an option to add an attachment. If you don't see that then there is something set up wrong and Lisa will need to fix it. :D

I'm having the same kind of problem. :x I have pictures of a completed project in photobucket and tried to attach it. You can see it working but nothing happens. I talked it over with my husband and it seems my main problem is that we have dial up. My internet runs so slow its impossible to post anything. I'm going to try to use my son's or daughter's internet, they have dhl, and see if that works.
