Purchasing Pebble Creek?

Purchasing Pebble Creek?

Postby heart » Sun Oct 03, 2010 5:59 pm

I am having trouble purchasing Pebble Creek from the main site. I have reset my security settings to medium as instructed when trying to login, but I can't even log in. I want to make this afghan for my husbands sister before she starts chemo at the end of the month. Thanks for any help. :)

Oh, I even went in and turned off my firewall and still could not get logged in.

I went in so far and did have a problem. No father because I don't need this pattern. Is there an error message, like Nadine
ask.
I did get into my account without the purchase

I'm getting the cookie usage page, and I've followed the instructions and still can't log in this morning to buy the pattern.

Heart-
I don't know if this will help. Go to this site and see http://www.google.com/support/accounts/ ... swer=61416

Anything is worth a try. My settings are not checked off.

Thanks Marg for your help. I tried that and it didn't work. I've even set my browser to always allow Crochetgarden.com and I can't login. What I don't understand is I was logged in last week. Idk. Anyway, I can buy it on Annies Attic, just have to pay shipping and wait for it to arrive in the mail. Thanks for your help. :D

Computers can be sooooooooooooo trying. At least you can find it somewhere else. It does seem strange because you log into the testing area.

I know and I have bought patterns off the main site quite a few times over the years too. Our computer did a few updates recently, maybe that has something to do with it.

Which browser are you using? Internet Explorer, Firefox, or something different? You may need to go into your tools on your browser tool bar and look for where the "cookies" are managed. If using Firefox, it can be a bit tricky to find. You need to enable cookies on your browser or see if Crochet Garden is listed as an exception so that it is always blocked. I use Firefox, so if you are having problems finding it let me know.

I'm using internet explorer 8. I do have crochet garden listed as allowed. I've been having trouble with blogger too, but it always lets me in after logging in 2 times. Which is wierd, the first time it says cookies aren't enabled, then I log in again and it works. Idk. Could just be an IE8 issue.
