I am starting the size 4 market day dress i did rows 1-15 and do not get 56 sc what am i doing wrong?

did you remember to ch-2 at the beginning of the row and then sc in the 2nd ch and putting 2 sc in last st?

need more info on how you working each panel -- remember you'll have a front and back panel and will join them giving you the total number of sts
