hello lisa,
I also have 30 day shred and I did try it for 3 days only. I have gained lot of weight and I also need motivation for it lets start it if u r interested. this time no break

u can go slowly for 10 days use level one and 10 days level 2 and 10 days level 3 . I will try to do . I just try and ten leave in middle
